- Turnover of details and contracts from various suppliers before the wedding
- The Couple at this point have already prepared and organized everything for their big day.
- Inclusive of the On-the-Day service (Preparations at the bridal and groom’s Suite, church, wedding reception), wedding program planning and direction
- Unlimited Consultations within 2-weeks before the actual wedding date
- 5 Wedding Coordinators (good for 150 guests-below).
- Additional P1000.00 is add ed for every addtional 100 guests.
- Assist the photographers for the pictorial including the fixing of the gown in the mannequin, fixing the wedding materials on the bed and fixing the groom’s apparel and accessories. Coordinators will strictly implement the day’s schedule conforming to lead times allocated for every time in the itinerary.Securing all bridal accessories and bring to church/ceremony venue (rings, coins, arrhae, pillow, cords, matches, veils, offerings, body form). Check on the Bride, the Groom and the Entourage at the hotel/preparation place and coordinate with last minute details.
- Ensure the timely departure of the bride and the groom from the hotel to arrive at the church at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.
- Organize the line up and processional & recessional marching of entourage and the Bride at the church.
- Check styling & lay out of the event venue
- Manning the registration table at the reception venue ensuring the sitting arrangement would be followed. Coordinators will help usher the guests and direct them to their respective table assignment
- Conceptualization and direction of the wedding reception program
- Handle gifts given by the guests
- Distribution of wedding souvenirs and routing of the Signature album.
- Assist in packing up all gifts and items used in the ceremony and at the reception and endorsing them to the authorized person
- Crew meals during the preparation and after reception will be provided by the couple.
- Handling of leftover food, distribution of wedding cake & souvenirs and other items as requested by the client.
